During the period from 1980 to 2013, I held a number of positions at Hamilton, within the Environmental Control Systems organization. Among my accomplishments; Developed Subfreezing heat exchangers, dynamic gas bearing systems (air bearings), high pressure water collection systems, air mixers, air cycle and vapor cycle refrigeration systems. Encouraged use of DFMA in new designs, and initiated design and manufacturing improvements that eliminated leak repair in new brazements by identification and control of critical dimensions. Wrote test procedures and reports, reviewed and marked up similar documents. Reviewed Customer Specifications and flowed requirements. Negotiated Customer requirements and changes. Managed full projects for F/A-18 E/F ACS, B-2 ECS, Comanche; Managed ECS design for A-380, 787, and others. Developed design and manufacturing relationships in US and Europe for 787. Managed Shop support, Field support and new business. Managed Main Engine Starter Engineering. Managed the integrated systems known as the "Secondary Power System" across multiple locations and businesses for CH-53K HLR.
