This position supports all aspects of the Dual Enrollment Program and facilitates the enrollment of high school students in post-secondary opportunities. Serves as a liaison between high school students, counselors, secondary, and post-secondary faculty/staff. Responsible for gathering, tracking and reporting data in support of program goals and objectives. Responsible for the scheduling of classes, placement testing for students, and assisting students with the college application process. Utilize the college's student information system, PeopleSoft, to track and enter data and then create spreadsheets for reporting results. Routinely conduct training and information presentations. Routinely travel to the 23 high schools in the college's service region to meet with students, counselors and parents to discuss Dual Enrollment, assist with college applications and proctor the Virginia Placement Test.

Designed, developed and delivered both technical and soft skills training to hourly and salaried employees. Provided coaching to hourly and salaried employees while leading cross functional teams. Lead and co-lead teams on projects focusing on continuous improvement, cost reduction, and safety. Demonstrated professional and supervisory abilities with excellent written and verbal skills.
