• Liaison with Architects, Designers and Structural Engineers on the technical aspects of the project• Running, managing and reporting weekly meetings• The selection and purchasing of key items within the project• Organising and running the project programme and ensuring timely delivery• The production of fortnightly valuation documentation• Managing the Health and Safety on project sites• Monitoring and advising the workforce on all aspects of the build• Cost tracking and pricing additional works when required

Sapphire is a refurbishment company working within Commercial and Educational sectors. Overseeing small to medium sized projects valued from £10k- £200k in a principal contractor leadership role with responsibility for procuring and managing construction and refurbishment projects from inception to completion at both commercial and educational facilities within the London area.• Site management and assessment carried out according to customer specifications • Compiling and sending customer quotations within time frame granted• Order procurement through competitive and accurate quotations, building customer rapport and • Carrying out all processes and procedures from initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing.• Handling all ground works in a site supervisor or management role and overseeing the projects to ensure they run correctly and smoothly according to plan, and as a contingency to be able to do any on site problem solving• Management of subcontractors, labour workforce and site based personnel within the contract• Regular client liaison to ensure effective communication and coordination of specialist sub-contractors, on-site labour, plant hire and suppliers• Accurately report management information to Contracts Manager and Commercial team as required• Manage all aspects of each contract with a view of maximising margins from inception through to completion• Preparation of safety documentation, e.g RAMS, CPP, COSHH assessments• Ensuring the success, safety, quality, environmental, commercial and compliance aspects of assigned projects• Ensuring all operations are executed in a safe manner, following current Health, Safety and Environmental legislation• Ensure Safety Management Systems are in place along with the quality and environmental management systems• Work accurately under pressure and tight timescales• Ability to run 3+ projects simultaneously

>Management of verification teams (From 5 to 40 Verifiers)>Management of Deliverable's & Milestones throughout Verification Phase.>Data Integrity & Consistency>Direct and management the verification project.>Compile all project related reports (Weekly progress reports and close-out reports) for submission and approval by Verification Project Director.>Ensure all required project resources and expenses are handled effectively & efficiently throughout the project.>Allocate the verification resources needed to achieve project goals and project milestones while on the project>Ensure tasks are setup and planned correctly and timeously achieved. >Monitor and ensure that all requirements of Grap17 are upheld.>Achieve and retain project records, historical information and documents (e.g. project schedule, project plan, lessons learnt, surveys, risk and issues logs, etc.) in order to retain organisational knowledge, comply with statutory requirements, and ensure availability of data for potential use in future projects and internal/external audits, ensure the project deliverable's conform to quality standards established in the project quality plan.
