I currently serve as CEO/President for Infralogix and have served in this role and provided strategic leadership to the company’s Advisory Board to establish and execute long-range goals, strategies, plans, and policies for over 30 years. My career in industrial maintenance and engineering began with Philip Morris U.S.A (Tobacco) and Union Camp Corporation (Pulp & Paper) and has led me to work and consulting experience in dozens of plants throughout the country. From incorporating Infrared Thermography and other reliability-based predictive maintenance technologies into industrial asset management programs to assisting client organizations to improve their sites’ CMMS (use) effectiveness and gain better alignment to their maintenance programs and equipment care requirements, I have cultivated a unique skill set and surrounded myself with experienced professionals and teammates.It is my goal to lead an organization that empowers its employees to exploit their talents for the betterment of themselves, their colleagues, the company, our clients, and our community.My family and I are committed to our industry and the Williamsburg, Virginia community. I volunteer with several organizations including Virginia Manufacturers Association (VMA), Society of Maintenance & Reliability Professional (SMRP), and Virginia High School League Foundation (VHSL) where I have served in various leadership roles focused on workforce (adult) training, government (federal & state) relations and youth development.
