I moved from my hometown of Anchorage Alaska, to Portland Or, in search of a new career path in the food industry. I worked my way up, working at low grade food producers and restaurants, to more high end and and professional restaurants like Ned Ludd. I have been there for more than a year now, and I'm figuring out more and more each day that PEOPLE are my business. I would like to transition towards working one on one with individuals who are seeking my skills and developing strong relationships to reach each other goals. Whether I am still working with food or changing it up and learning a new trade, I am confident I can be a strong asset in any field.
