I perform project management, proposal write-ups, tender documentation preparation, public speaking, contract administration, and speciality systems design for commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings.Major projects include licensed cannabis production and research facilities, containment level 3+ research centers, biosafety level 2,3,4 facilities, small and large animal research, hydrocarbon laboratory, Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design ( LEED ) Gold building, health sciences complex, hospitals, and industrial buidlings. Average project value is over CAD$ 150 million.

I performed multidisciplinary coordination, construction cost estimate, mechanical systems load estimate, specification write-up, system layout, consulting fee estimate, and on-site troubleshooting. Projects included international airport, data centres, digital TV broadcast station, remote site air terminal/garage buildings, personal care homes, office buildings, retail shops, schools, manufacturing plants, and multi-storey apartment buildings.
