Education and knowledge have always been Wayne's passion. With a Master's Degree in both General and Special Education, he's made a commitment to spread knowledge at every opportunity. From educating, Wayne moved to a new endeavour at SHO with an opportunity to grow along with the ever-expanding company. Wayne has held many positions within SHO Companies as the team and business continue to grow. Starting in the warehouse with shipping logistics and inventory management, Wayne moved to opening and overseeing the growth of Dab Nation, the first of SHO's "Brick and Mortar" retail locations. Since then, Wayne has been the Chief Purchaser of SHO Products, managing the inventory of a 4,000+ sku catalog. Ultimately moving to Vice President of Retail, Wayne is back in a role of educating employees on management, product knowledge, sales and marketing. The newest chapter of retail at SHO is Wellness.forsale, a cannabinoid-focused brand acceleration company with strong manufacturing and marketing abilities and a flagship store in Beverly Hills.SHO Companies' origins were in the ancillary space of the cannabis industry with SHO Products which houses the solventless extraction brand Rosin Tech Products, cannabis lifestyle brand Dab Nation, storage solution brand T Case, American made glass brand Renegade Glass, smart smoking device brand Focus V, smoking essentials brand Be Lit, and B2B wholesale brands Masterminded Distribution and Goodvibes Distribution. SHO Products currently has a catalog of over 4,000 SKUS available for fulfillment worldwide through warehouses located in US, Europe and Mexico.
