I am a Debt Recovery and Collections expert with almost 30 years experience in Delinquency Management and Debt Recoveries. I am an extremely well motivated and focused person, who possesses an unquenchable thirst to succeed in all aspects of my work. My objectives are to develop a career that is continually challenging and will provide me with the opportunity for further personal growth. I have an extensive knowledge in microfinance, delinquency control and debt management. I am a critical thinker with an analytical mind which enhances my problem solving skills. I am also a certified and gazetted Mediator, offering services through the Resident Magistrate Court, The Dispute Resolution Foundation and private engagements. I possess excellent negotiation and dispute resolution skills. I have been employed and have provided collections services to some of the notable financial institutions in Jamaica, including National Commercial Bank (NCB) and Jamaica National (JN)
