A group of dedicated urban public librarians who have read many, many new and upcoming titles by Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC) authors which included: graphic novels, fiction, poetry, non-fiction, picture books and early readers. The group produced a bi-monthly blog post and spotlighted books for kids, teens, and adults that have been published in 2021. At the end of the year, we gathered all the titles, published them in the book finder tool, celebrated and shared them with the world!
