Responsible to lead the company for a smooth transition after the acquisition, formulating corporate strategy, successfully intergrated the company from a family owned business culture to an institutional enterprise by rebuilding organization structure and strategic skillset within organization, turned around the company from five years continues loss (EURO 35MM/-1.5MM loss) to a profitable company and record sale (Euro 47MM/+1.76MM profit) in Y2011. Lead 4 operations with over 2000 employee for Watts in China, achieved 35% organic growth year on year (various between the plants) compare with same period of year 01 and year 02, maintained excellent growth margin while commodity copper price increased 3 times compare with 2002.Participated in both acquisition of Ningbo and Changsha valve company in China.Managed entire supply chain with total saving of $1.37 million saving in year 2005, improved inventory turn from 3.5 to 7/year. Established a logistic/trading company in Ningbo to support additional $150 million dollars/year purchasing in China from US corporate.Successfully introduced Key Performance Indicator and program management system to each plant to measure and Improve their overall performance, also established a succession plan for internal staffs who has the potential to grow within the company.

Relocated from USA to China, Selected manufacturing site in Suzhou, Shanghai region, managed entire start up from greenfield, plant design, 100,000 sq ft plant construction and leasehold improvement in record time of total 10 months, on time and on budget in Nypro’s 52 year history from 42 manufacturing sites worldwide– a state of art facility for automotive, healthcare, telecommunication equipment manufacturing. recurited over 700 fresh employee in three months for new plant, responsible for plant’s P&L, break even in 4th month and made profit in 5th month since start the operation in Dec,01, and reached a record sells of 6 millions dollars in the month of September, 02.

lead a tooling engineering team to trouble shoot all the production molds at different manufacturing locations in the state. Report to Hardware division General Manager, established a tooling/procurement team and first pioneered global sourcing concept to lower the manufacturing cost at Corning Hardware – Keller,TX Division, Re-engineered tooling engineering and procurement section in multiple locations, such as Porto Rico, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Canada and Singapore.
