In this position I had responsibility for the supervision and tasking of three deckhands. I assisted with the planning, manifesting and coordination of offloading/backloading of rig supplies/drilling equipment in conjunction with the crane operator, logistics coordinator, drilling supervisor and company representative.- Hazard identification, JSA/JHA.
