HVAC design engineer specializing in direct digital control design, project specifications (CSI 2004 and 1995), and field investigation and verification for healthcare facilities, industrial facilities, and commercial properties.

I was responsible for the technical engineering for the commercial, industrial, and municipal projects that were assigned to me. I directed the junior members of the in-house design team and the subcontracted members of the A&E team.These responsibilities included meeting with the client to establish and document the client's performance requirements and the overall project scope of work. Project responsibilities included Load Calculations, equipment selection and layout, system schematics, controls, specifications, and in-house review prior to design release. On a per project basis, construction administration responsibilities included bidding support, field engineering, HVAC equipment submittal review, and responding to contractor's RFI's.

As the Section Chief for the 349th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, I was responsible for the direct supervision of between 100 and 150 unit members during the monthly Unit Training Assemblies. These responsibilities included documenting attendance (for pay and accounting), assigning the workload based on aircraft discrepancies, and assuring all members complied with the safety, training, and fitness program requirements.As an additional duty, I was assigned as the Fitness Program Coordinator and reported directly to the 349th Air Mobility Wing Commander. I was responsible for the program coordination with over 3,500 members assigned to 4 Groups and 23 individual Squadrons.
