Started out as Finance and Insurance Manager for the Sullivan Cadillac store within the group. This is where I received JM & A Training for F&I Managers. Was moved to Used Car Manager at the Cadillac store after a year. Within 6 months was promoted to General Manager Chiefland Chrysler Dodge Jeep within the organization. Then was made General Sales Manager.

Started out as a Sales Consultant before being promoted to Used Car Manager within 6 weeks of employment. Stayed a Used Car Manager for 2 years before being promoted to Finance & Insurance Manager. Developed a menu selling system for the F&I Department and increased revenue for the F&I Department by 30% over five years.

Responsible for selling and leasing Cadillac and Mazda vehicles. Became Mazda certified and Cadillac certified within first 2 month.

Owned and operated a Coffee Service and retailed paper goods to local businesses. Serviced and maintained over 200 clients. Also had 3 employees and responsible for payroll and all aspects of running a business.

Personnel record keeping while serving on Submarines. Served on the USS LAFAYETTE for 3 years and served on the Range Sentinel for the last 2 years in the service. The first year, attended boot camp and A school and also submarine school.
