• Key Responsibilities:
• Project team support to deliver a national sales team transformation. Involved the analysis and change management of key business processes, and delivery of the program for each metro sales team.
• Process development for many new operational processes related to portfolio creation, target setting, reporting, sales team and product business rules.
• Documentation and delivery of sales team client segment business rules, product team definitions, and rules of engagement. Included the financial analysis and presentation of impacts to the executive stakeholders.
• Testing of new booking system and CRM processes for deployment to the sales team and sales operations team.
• Analysis of existing booking system tasks and processes, and assessment of existing gaps in transitioning to a new booking system.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and understand business processes and opportunities for improvement.
• Identify stakeholders and maintain communications for the system development proposals.
• Work with system architects to translate business requirements into system requirements.
• Work with the system development team to ensure that system design and development are in line with the business requirements.

• Effective planning and coordination for key initiatives across the Asia Pacific region, and interface with local and sub-regional managers on objectives, timing and budget.
• Use of business intelligence applications and other data analysis tools to query and extract project data for analysis and reporting.
• Support Sub-Regional Leads and managers on initiatives and technology improvement objectives, milestones, and metrics.
• Manage and lead equipment and technology optimisation within the region. Develop, review, and approve documentation for processes and technology.
• Manage and mitigate risk, escalating to stakeholders when appropriate.

• Key Responsibilities:
• GIS analysis and coding using ESRI ArcGIS to create data for analysis, planning, and for implementation into the HERE core map.
• Use of ESRI ArcMap to create physical maps for both project planning and data presentation.
• Geo database creation with HERE’s proprietary software and editing environment.
• Use of various additional GIS software tools and data management tools.
• Manage the delivery of 3rd party data to the HERE production centre, and ensure the data is coded accurately and uncertainties are addressed.
