*Primary technical contact and responsible for all IT infrastructure services in the Greater China region, hold extended assignments to assist peer/overseas engineers in supporting them on escalated IT issues.*Leadership responsibility for the projects roll-outs related to IT infrastructure in the region.*Support peer engineers in complex IT issues in the fields of endpoint/asset management, cloud-based phone system management (Microsoft Telephony), Logitech Video Conferencing System etc. and derived requirement with third-party vendors. *Contribute to the building/development and structure of support model for global IT projects wherein the operational responsibility will be with the local IT teams.*Identify and recommend improved ways to increase productivity and efficiency in the workplace by using new technology.*Ensure proper and timely documentations and standardize processes in place for all IT related areas and SLAs are defined and met*Native Chinese/Mandarin speaker, able to work in an English only IT environment.
