CurrentProject Management Activities:1.Once the project is approved, work with key stakeholders to create an integrated project plan focused on attaining the outlined goals. 2.Monitoring the progress of a project by comparing actual performance against planned/scheduled performance, managing the project’s budgetand ensuring that key milestones are reached.3.Work with business users and/or team members to ensure correct set of test cases/data is used4.Review test strategies for upcoming projects5.Work with the client to get formal sign-off that the project is complete and archive project files for future reference and use6.Mentor / Train QC teams to mature capabilities7.Own and provide continuous improvement for RBIS GTS QA Process8.Improve standardization and efficiency of quality reportingQA Process Management:1.Coordinate / Consult on Quality Assurance for RBIS Software projects 2.Offer process solutions to improve software delivery and quality3.Define POC for RBIS standard QA tools (Jira vs ALM or both)4.Promote QA tool standards and support users 5.Document QA/QC Raci for SW development and deploymentTechnology Solutions Communications:1.Improve the Quality Assurance process and execution2.Hold key training / mentoring sessions with QC and development personnel - internal/external, based on maturity findings3.Meet with each IT or Tech Lead to get a general understanding of our application landscape, Testing staff, test management and strategy/approach.4.Come back with identified gaps (identified during SGRs or above meetings)5.Propose improvement areas and do quarterly check-ins to monitor improvements6.Identify potential KPIs /metrics to baseline and track progress on SW quality by projects (e.g. GPM, Oracle/ERP, Online ordering applications)7.Deployment readiness process
