Assigned as the Personnel Senior Sergeant, MOSC 75H4O, Grubbs-Kyle Training Site. Supervised specific personnel functions, Battalion S1 and personnel services support activity. Performed duties of and supervised the post functions to include quality assurance of product. Advised commander, adjutant and other staff members on personnel administration activities.

Assigned as the NCO trainer for Officer Candidates assigned to the Tennessee Military Academy who would become 2LT's.

Assigned as the State Training Munitions Manager with MOSC 55B40. Administered a twelve million dollar budget each year. Supervised lower grade soldiers and provided technical guidance to the soldiers in the accomplishment of their duties. Interpreted technical data and instructed subordinates in the technical aspects of ammunition, missile and other explosive items receipt, storage, maintenance and supply. Technical advisor on ammunition surveillance and safety matters.

Assigned as a Battalion Personnel Senior Sergeant, MOSC 75H4O. Supervised specific personnel functions, Battalion S1 and personnel services support activity. Performed duties of and supervised the functions of seven subordinate units to include quality assurance of product. Advised commander, adjutant and other staff members on personnel administration activities. Provided career advice to seventy officers in the battalion.

Attained 75H40 MOS in order to serve as a Battalion Personnel Sergeant.

Served as the Logistical and Training Munitions manager. Ordered supplies for other purposes.
