The process of self-exploration has not only allowed me to accumulate diverse skills and expand my network but, most importantly, has empowered me to reclaim control over my career choices. Having personally grown and benefited from self-exploration, I aim to encourage more students to recognize that learning extends beyond campus boundaries. As university students, we can actively seek out our future selves.【Process and Insights】After conceiving the idea, I wrote a letter to the President of NCHU, explaining the details of project and emphasizing its importance. The President arranged a meeting where I presented a 20-minute proposal, gaining unanimous support from department heads. Ultimately, I secured funding assistance from three university units. I developed an alumni speaker list by cold email, visiting, and leveraging connections and recommendations from professors. For student speakers, I conducted 30-minute interviews to understand their experiences and help them articulate insights effectively. The“Constellations project”was my first self-initiated endeavor, involving resource acquisition and team building. It expanded my thinking, considering stakeholder support and project management. After a successful inaugural event, I received positive feedback and collaboration opportunities. The project continues to thrive at NCHU.

As an intern in the HRBP department, I am responsible for three main tasks：recruitment and interviews, Teacher’s Day activities, and the intern program.【Recruitment and Interviews】I assist HRBP in using the“104 Recruitment System”, the largest job platform with a large user base of both employers and job seekers in Taiwan, for resume screening. The roles I support include front-end engineers, back-end engineers, full-stack engineers, Scrum Masters, TPMs, customer development specialists, telemarketing agents, digital marketing project managers, HRBPs, and talent consultants. Additionally, I analyze each applicant’s resume and test results to identify potential issues and utilize the Competency-Based Behavior Interview Module (CBIM) to understand the candidates.【Teacher’s Day Activities】This project is led by interns in the HR department. The Teacher’s Day in the company initiative involves organizing events and designing interactive games to express gratitude to internal instructors. On this day, employees fully experience the fun and gratitude of the activities.【Intern Program】The intern program is a collaborative effort involving interns from various departments. Participants are required to submit internship reports and create a video explaining their internship experience and learnings.

Collaborated with a publicly listed company to organize in-person courses with over 50 participants.2. Hosted a forum event with more than 150 attendees.【Online and Offline Course Planning】1. Designed user journeys for each class and planned their content.2. Tracked student participation in courses and ensured a positive learning experience.【Hosting Sustainable Career Forums】1. Planned detailed event schedules, considering staffing and equipment allocation for each segment.2. Designed transitions and host scripts for each forum segment.3.
