As an intern in the HRBP department, I am responsible for three main tasks:recruitment and interviews, Teacher’s Day activities, and the intern program.【Recruitment and Interviews】I assist HRBP in using the“104 Recruitment System”, the largest job platform with a large user base of both employers and job seekers in Taiwan, for resume screening.
