My name is Yu-Jia Dong (Wayne) from Kaohsiung City. I graduated from National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology with a bachelor's degree in Mold and Die engineering. I have a hard-working attitude, great passion for this industry, and am able to work autonomously and in a team contribution.Due to family matters, I started working for my father as an interior designer after graduating from university. I participated in several projects including flooring and woodwork. Notably, I was in a coordinator position and responsible for communication between clients and the team, which required strategic thinking as our priority was to satisfy clients' needs in a most efficient way. Additionally, I was also in charge of initial task allocation for the team which required a good understanding of team management. My experience in the interior design industry allowed me to develop not only excellent communication and project organizational skills, but also the importance of teamwork.I am eager to learn and expand my knowledge not only in Mold and die engineering industry but in all areas through diverse projects and hands-on roles to begin my engineering career.
