Enzafoods is one of Hawkes Bay's larger exporters. Markets include Australia, Japan, Korea, UK and USA. My role as COO was the overall management of Sales and Marketing, Manufacturing, Finance, business development and Technology. Enzafoods is part of the Turners and Growers Group.

My team were responsible for all of the Corporate/SME customers in Hawkes Bay/Gisborne/Wairarapa. We over-achieved our growth targets every year.
