In the late 1990's, I was a financial adviser with Prudential Financial; there my passion was for networking and building new business.[[ Local Church Ministry ]] As a church-planter, I thrive on the "start-up" aspect of church life. In 2003, I was part of the launch of The Bridge Community (bridgecommunity.org) and in 2010 we launched Open House (openhouseky.org).
