Further, he did research and evaluation of that and another painting in light of all known Tahitian-based works by the painter, and an in-person review of Gauguin artwork at the Boston Fine Arts Museum. He is also endeavoring to authenticate a Picasso painting. Moreover, he examined and conducted extensive research on and provided an analysis of an original draft of a letter attributed to Lincoln. In addition, and separately from his work for the Foundation, Bell has engaged in litigation, pursued to discipline a professional standards code matter against a California Realtor, has been involved with a limited conservatorship appointment, worked on community land use issues, and has done legislative, regulatory, and (continues to do) legal/strategic/expert consulting regarding administrative, licensing, and real estate-related matters. Bell's services have been performed for Camshaft Capital, Compass Real Estate, eXp Realty, and others.
