For over 35 years, I’ve been repairing and renovating all aspects of New York City exteriors, from the sidewalk to the rooftops and around the entire building envelope. I grew up in the construction business, helping NYC building owners, property managers, superintendents and real estate developers keep exteriors properly maintained (and in many cases, beautifully restored) and in compliance with Local Law 11 (FISP). I also work with Architects and Engineers to help them achieve their goals in all aspects of exterior construction for both commercial and residential buildings, including: landmark properties, brownstones, multi-family dwellings, office buildings, cultural sites, educational institutions and places of worships. I am an adjunct instructor at the New York University Real Estate Institute, I have been a proud member of the Real Estate Services Alliance since 2011. I am also on the Cooperative’s Board of Directors and have recently been appointed to the Long-Term Planning Committee at the New York Athletic Club (NYAC).
