With a passion for creating and successfully implementing innovative solutions and improvement initiatives, Wayne uses his 20+ years of international experience (N. America, Europe & Australia) in operational supply chain, strategic procurement + negotiations and category management, to solve pressing problems and achieve substantial results. After working in a diverse range of industry sectors (Electricity Networks, Construction Equipment, Iron Ore Mining, Oil & Gas, Automotive & Electronic Manufacturing and as a Consultant in others) Wayne moved back to the UK to head up a team as national Head of Sourcing at Stanley Security (Stanley Black & Decker). In 2020 moved to work at National Highways within the Commercial and Procurement Directorate.
