Nissan Project Manager - Program Management for up to 5 projects at one time. Projects involving infrastructure for new servers, vendor management for up to 4 on-site vendors, new instance of SAP, mainframe to SAP migration, application enhancements, exceeding $500,000 budget / cost. I have managed projects for several Information Systems Managers in areas of Parts and Service, Warranty, Dealer Systems, Supply Chain Management. I have managed projects at all levels, including Regional projects for (Nissan North America, Smyrna Manufacturing, Smyrna ILC, Canton ILC) and International projects for (Nissan NML headquaters in Japan, Nissan Europe, Nissan Mexico (NMEX). For Nissan IS projects, project managers are required to manage all aspects of budget, forecast, and schedule as well as resource allocation for on-shore and off-shore development resources. Nissan uses Tech-Mahindra for work 200 hours or more as well as Project Work Orders (PWOs) for specified project needs for Business Analysts, SMEs, Technical engineers, etc. Other Statement of Work (SOW) vendors may be contracted for specific project needs.Nissan Project Management Office (PMO) uses defined SDLC Roadmap processes for defining project scope, requirements and deliverables needed for each project phase: Request, Initiate, Plan, and Execute. Nissan uses Clarity as their repository for project deliverables for each SDLC project.I have also managed Agile projects utilizing JIRA and Confluence for maintain the Sprints and Agile Releases. The most recent Agile project converts manframe green screens for Nissan Dealer sales information into web based displays shown on tablets and cell phones. Our project team had daily standup meetings reviewing backlog items an prepartion for active Sprints. Retrospecive meetings after each sprint gave us a chance to see what went well, and where to improve while ensuring our Product Owners scope.
