29 years solid experience in software consultancy, architecture, project leadership and development, 16 of which have been focused on leading people to delivery. I have proved a diverse range of skills, covering financial transactional processing, web / e-commerce applications through to traditional distributed systems.My unique combination of leadership, technical, life cycle and client facing skills have led many projects from the planning stage to successful implementation. However, my main focus for the past sixteen years or so has been building, supporting and mentoring high performing teams. I am currently directly responsible for teams based in the UK and India, but mentor several others. Working closely with the business partners from HR, Finance, Architecture, Operational, Product Owners, Security, and other development teams around the world on strategic planning, budgeting and process developments, etc.I have been involved with many, many projects in which I acted as point, responsible for the strategic life cycle planning, resource management, system architecture and satisfactory delivery of the product to the business.
