Project: Responsible for implementing of a programme of IT and digital solutions to facilitate the improvement and wellbeing of children and young people across three services in Barnet, Enfield and Haringey. These have been a broad variety of solutions including; the design and launch of a CAMHS website, implementing an electronic portal for therapists to record clinical outcome measures, introducing an app for young people to anonymously share secrets, thoughts and lifestyles, friend & family kiosks to record patient satisfaction and facilitating the replacement and upgrade of the business intelligence data warehouse.

Implementing VitalPAC nurse, a clinical system for monitoring and analysing patients’ vital signs, and enables staff to automatically summon timely and appropriate help if patients deteriorate.

Project: Responsible for the redesign and implementation of the Camden CCG GP clinical website. Co-wrote the Camden Digital Strategy. A framework for delivery of those elements of Public Sector Care services that are able to be supported by digital interventions and innovations; from the perspective of the two key commissioning bodies for care in Camden, NHS Camden Clinical Commissioning Group (CCCG) and the London Borough of Camden (LBC).

Project: Successfully implemented a web based clinical information system across two boroughs in North London. Managed data migration process from the legacy system, designed the new clinical care pathway, reconfigured system requirement, developed performance and monitoring reports and was responsible for training clinical staff.

Implementing 'T4skr' an open source task management and escalation system providing nurses with mobile assessment and decision support for the National Early Warning Score (NEWS). The system records bedside e-observations, additionally helping to track, audit and report on the efficiency and timeliness of nursing activity between multidisciplinary teams.

Project: Successfully implemented IAPTus into Bristol and south Gloucestershire wellbeing service. This has been a unique and complex project implementing the system for 16 qualified providers (AQPs) over a very short timescale.

Project: Successfully implemented a medical clinical registration system (EMIS) into four clinics in south east London. The role involved a complete service redesign replacing their current paper based methods with a computerised system including full information reporting. Project: Implementation of the national UK Food Surveillance System (FSS). The FSS is a web based database that provides standardised data capture, storage, querying and reporting functionality for the Microbiological and Chemical analysis of food samples.
