The report proposed the creation of a 'movement for change' which would be a group of dynamic people inspired by the need for change. The Movement aims was to lead radical improvement in construction in value for money, profitability, reliability and respect for people, through demonstration of best practice and innovation. • Responsible for 11 Demonstration Projects in the North West and North Wales Cluster• Assisted participating businesses in developing lean project delivery systems, • Leading improvement initiatives in process mapping and benchmarking• Facilitating workshops in Supply Chain Management and Partnering initiatives • Assigned to the M4I Working Group on “Partnering the Supply Chain” • Assigned to the M4I Working Group on “Respect for People”.
