The HSSE Manager, provides an independent perspective on HSE risk, works with leadership to set a clear direction to improve HSE performance and risk management. The post is responsible for maintenance of business continuity and emergency response during potential business disruptions, managing incident investigations and root cause analysis for the business. Global Oil - Americas must ensure that its HSSE responsibilities, duties and initiatives are carried out completely, efficiently and effectively. The HSSE Department assists IST GO-A in fulfilling these obligations. The HSSE Manager is responsible for mapping, documenting, improving and implementing HSSE processes; ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations; conducting HSSE audits of third party facilities; and conducting and monitoring HSSE training within IST GO-A. The role is part of the regional leadership team.
