Throughout my tenure with Teras I was responsible for the management and coordination of the dedicated project teams. This role covered the full lifecycle of projects which included tender development, contract negotiation, execution strategy and doctrine development, execution and operations management, project controls, interface management, safety management and asset procurement/construction. Notable achievements and highlights within this role were:• Full lifecycle management of Bechtel Module Transportation contracts for:o Australia Pacific LNG o Queensland Curtis LNGo Gladstone LNG• Strategic planning and execution of General Electric module transportation for Ichthys LNG Darwin Australia• Kawaski Heavy Industry LNG tank module transportation for Ichthys LNG Darwin Australia• Execution oversight for Chevron Wheatstone LNG Module Transportation as subcontractor to Bechtel and Dockwise• Strategic Planning and Execution oversight of Teras Sunrise (liftboat) Installation of LNG loader arms at Chevron’s Gorgon Project In addition formed part of the management team of the “Foss Teras Marine” (FTM) Joint Venture awarded the Exxon Mobil Odoptu Stage 2 2016 and 2017 Sealift contract. As part of this team I was responsible for the tender review and proposal development, upon award I was integral to the execution strategy development and operations planning.
