• Developed widgets with React/Redux for the Multi-model project to expand customer support thru different touch points by integrating with third party applications like, [24X7] chat and Hootsuites social channel management platform. These integrations shorten the support response time, associate the activities with customer’s journey and reduced the required resources for the support agent. • Implemented widgets with React/Redux for self-service customer care application that runs on various device platforms. It provided much better user experience UI with simplified operation for customers to manage their mobile plan subscriptions.• Developed reusable widget components in Java script with MVVM architecture for the cross-platform Retail store application. It allows retail store representative to configure, quote and order the mobile service plan in a single application. The involved technologies include HTML5, CSS3, JQuery, Backbone, Knockout, Bootstrap and SASS.• Implemented reusable responsive widgets to provide new look and portability functionalities to the existing CRM application in Java script with MVVM architecture and HTML5, CSS3, JQuery, Backbone, Knockout, Bootstrap and SASS technologies.

• Oversaw Amdocs/Clarify CRM data model, maintained object schema and application metadata. Worked with functional designers and developers to extend application functionalities in an Agile environment. Developed necessary data migration SQL/PLSQL scripts and schema upgrade between releases. Ensured the data quality on the new functionalities with developers and test engineers. Maintained release ER diagrams and release documents for customers, participated in customer support activity in the DB area.• Led a team to make the necessary schema and metadata changes to enable the uni-lingual CRM application to support multilingual with backward compatibility in mind. Transferred the relevant knowledge to development, support and consultant groups worldwide.
