This arrangement reduced maintenance costs significantly. The new phone interaction solution eliminated many related operating costs as online mailboxes and desktop faxing capabilities replaced traditional hardware.Re-engineered support practices to ensure continued alignment with business requirements.Managed the process of software installations and system data-flow for a complete item processing/check image conversion moving from one vendor’s platform to another.Overhauled the existing process for data backup & recovery by implementing a redundant disk based backup solution which eradicated unnecessary licensing fees while providing a more reliable lower-cost solution.
