Digital Change Manager
CurrentEmployed as Digital Change Manager for a large housing and care provider with over 700 employees. Prior to employment, I had worked with the organisation as an external consultant for over 18 years. This involves helping develop the short, medium and long term ICT strategies for the organisation as well as heading the internal software development team.Responsibilities:• Act as a lead for change throughout the organisation and engage with employees in all areas.• Review the IT systems and business processes to ensure they meet the current and future needs and ambitions of the organisation on an on-going basis.• Liaise with the directors, board and stakeholders on any areas that could be improved and suggest possible solutions.• Overall management of the Digital Change team, budget and projects.• Acting as lead developer for the internal software development team, primarily developing Microsoft Dynamics platform solutions and integration of disperate systems and data. Achievements: • Implementation of a framework to instigate and evaluate suggestions for change across the organisation.• Implementation of a Wide Area Network encompassing over 40 sites to allow seamless system integration with regards to communication, document storage and performance monitoring.• Implementation of a new compliance system to ensure 4000+ houses owned by the organisation are fully compliant with regards to gas, electricity, boilers etc.• Implementation of a new Health & Safety system for all 700 staff and 7500 tenants to be able to report, manage and monitor issues.• Extensive devlopment and integration of a CRM and business information system based on Microsoft Dynamics and the Microsoft Dataverse.• Integration of Microsoft Dynamics/Dataverse with the current housing management system (Civica Cx) via APIs as well as direct back-end SQL integration.
