With more than two decades of experience in the financial sphere, Wayne Demeester leads Seattle-area based Definitive Advisors, LLC, as Managing Director. Wayne Demeester’s firm partners with the major investment enterprise Soltis Investment Advisors, which manages more than $1 billion in assets. This affiliation enables his team to offer quality estate planning and money management solutions in a transparent and unbiased manner. His full range of expertise includes income tax, investment, retirement, and risk mitigation strategies. In the area of retirement planning, Mr. Demeester works with clients in determining optimal pathways for developing robust 403(b), 457, 401k, profit sharing, and defined benefit vehicles. His company’s plan-sponsor services encompass ERISA fiduciary, vendor selection, competitive benchmarking, and investment policy development and management solutions. An MBA graduate from Brigham Young University, Wayne Demeester served as Managing Director of Corporate and Executive Services at Wachovia Securities in Seattle. Over a period of 16 years, he provided diverse individual and institutional investors with assistance in determining optimal allocation and risk management pathways. From 2010 to 2011, Wayne Demeester held responsibilities as Senior Vice President, Capital Markets with New York-headquartered KBR Capital Partners. He helped clients navigate alternative investments in the area of commercial real estate. From 2011 to 2012, Mr. Demeester was Partner with Blue Skye LLC, a company that assisted RRS & Company in meeting significant Private Equity Pathfinder Fund financing goals. Wayne Demeester is a former board member of Ronald McDonald's Children's Charities and enjoys traveling and playing golf in his free time.
