Created and maintained the schedule for a three (3) shift evaporator production department with over 20 models at 14,550 units per day and scheduled trucks for end-item deliveries. Successfully met 100% of all customer requirements and scheduled the entire evaporator department within only ten months. Worked closely with Cross-functional teams throughout.

• Developed and monitored production schedules for 41 machine tools and 38 individuals who utilized all manpower and resources efficiently while meeting customer requirements for the two (2) shift operation. Monitored.

• Rebalanced Module EN/FN lines with the support of the hourly workforce, resulting in a savings of $114,000 and completed U152 lean cell conversion which reduced overall cost by over $294,976
