Partnering with the Executive Director of Academics to continue leading the award-winning #1 ranked high school in Adams 12, a Top 5 high school in Colorado according to US News & World Report, and the top elementary and secondary school according to Niche. Directing and managing all finance and operations functions, with oversight of human resources, financial management, payroll, purchasing, risk management and facilities support. Management of $23.5M budget, 150 employees, and 1,600 student campus. Responsible for financial reporting, assisting with long and short-range financial planning, advising on special projects, and providing analyses to support board and executive decision making.

As Owner and Project Manager, I was responsible for leading design, planning, marketing, and coordinating several large-scale and high-profile events for a designated client base within diverse sectors. During my roles at Commerce City Police Dept, I administered community policing and school safety efforts and initiatives to promote a safety culture and ensure public wellbeing. Key achievements for this role:► Directed emergency and critical incident management activities for numerous emergencies and pre-planned, large-scale, police operations, professional sports, and festivals with up to 70K guests.► Led engagements with city council, district attorneys, chiefs of police, community groups, and boards of education on school safety, teen driving, crime, and prevention programs.
