As the Systems and Process Manager at Promedicus was sought to “wear many hats” and make full use of my deep technical and managerial experience to run the support department and assist the business in maintaining its existing client base.In particular I am charged with managing and improving the internal systems and processes as well as the traditional role of IT systems administrator.I've also introduced the foundations of ITSM as well as managing the support CRM (netsuite). Manage and mentor the Support team and be a reference point for Linux and networking questions.

Established Voice Perfect Systems as Australia's leading supplier of desktop speech recognition products and services. Provided sales support and guidance for opportunities, and supervised the day to day sales, pricing, reporting and ensuring company targets were on track.

Responsible for the growth of the corporate network to support 8 offices in 2 continents including design, configuration, installation of key systems, infrastructure and telecommunications systems to support the company’s internal and external operations.

Identified an early opportunity to develop vocabulary products as a value added sale to Dragon NaturallySpeaking Professional products resulting in profits in excess of $1.5 million dollars.

Provided direction and the technical leadership for the continuous evolution of the Voice Perfect websites including the branding and identity and using extensive e-commerce, newsletter, analytics, ad-word marketing, search engine optimisation within a self service model, maintained and increased the company’s internet market share.

Managed a 12 month key project to design and develop a CRM for use by all divisions / regions of the company. The projects foundations were based on open source technologies (linux / apache / php and postgresql).

In collaboration with the National Sales Manager built the sales team with an innovative strategy to expand the business into 4 new territories. Generated sales by networking at trade shows, industry events and following up referrals as well as cold calling. Provided fantastic first level technical support for accounts. Provided personal and group software demonstrations, installation and product training.Managed the national phone and email support of Dragon NaturallySpeaking products and associated technologies. Created technical notes, implemented a support ticket system.
