Wayne (he/his) is a driven, consumer-centric leader with a passion for building and guiding high-performing teams and creating innovative, consumer-focused experiences. As the Vice President of Alternative Revenue at Constellation Brands, he is responsible for building a new organizational capability to explore, develop and incubate new revenue streams and business models.Previously, Wayne established a distinct eCommerce and Omnichannel function at Constellation to reinforce the company's leadership in a rapid evolving retail and consumer landscape for the Beer, Wine & Spirits categories. He successfully integrated eCommerce Sales, Category Management, Marketing, Digital Shelf Management & Insights back into the broader organization in 2023-2024 as an integral organization asset and ‘muscle’.In 2023, Wayne also led the establishment and development of Constellation's Generative AI (GenAI) program, which involved building organizational GenAI capabilities, managing change, leading ‘pre-skilling’ GenAI training and driving GenAI pilots in collaboration with cross-functional partners and executive sponsors.Before joining Constellation, Wayne held multiple digital and eCommerce roles with increasing responsibilities and scope at Walgreens, including General Manager for Walgreens Digital Commerce. He was instrumental in planning and executing strategic omnichannel merchandising and digital marketing initiatives.Wayne's career also includes management consulting, advising clients across various industries, and merchandising roles at Target and Banana Republic. He has shared his expertise at conferences and on podcasts, and has guest lectured at Northwestern University and DePaul University.Wayne holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and BAs in Economics and Political Science from the University of Chicago. He is multilingual, speaking Mandarin Chinese and French, and has conducted business in over 10 countries. An adventurous spirit, Wayne is an avid mountain climbing and scuba diver, and has traveled to over 40 countries.
