Working within the 'Strategy, Regulation & Projects' function, this position entails the management of full project life-cycle incorporating scoping, business case development, implementation, resource management, commercial control, and benefits realisation.Selected Achievements: Business Transformation & Operations Excellence deliverables: Key contributor in the establishment of a Business Process Management (BPM) Centre of Excellence, a Process Council to govern new end-to-end business process architecture, accountabilities, and performance and, subsequently, establishment of a business-wide operating model. Established an enterprise process architecture, accountability model, decision-making protocols, end-to-end process ownership and a matrix organisation structure. Led an improvement project that halved the cycle time of 3rd party damage to company assets to cost recovery invoice payment and increased the actual revenue recovery rate by $1M/year. SAP Implementation: Managed a post-ERP implementation project that re-aligned the enterprise-wide SAP platform with a newly implemented organisation operating model. Managed a project team of 25 and a cost budget $3.5M. Project was delivered in 9 months on time, under budget and with no significant issues. As part of the original SAP ERP implementation, I successfully performed several workstream lead roles, which reflected my capability and versatility to be ‘thrown into’ problem areas of the program and manage to successful business outcomes (i.e. Materials Management, Business Integration, & Data). Led the design and implementation of new demand management processes for materials required to support both Construction and Maintenance works programs across all Jemena’s Electricity and Gas distribution networks.  Led the design and implementation of a new Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) system for aligning forecast network and non-network demand with total field labour capacities

Project management of new client readiness for connection to the web-hosted Moveit despatch and transport management application. Readiness projects included transport provider contractual and service mapping, structuring the client's despatch and transport database, and process alignment.

Operational management of 4 facilities, 100 FTE's and 10M SKU's. Core operations included - records storage and retrieval, imaging, electronic media storage, and related projects.
