Provides coaching and development of all personnel, and manages the day-to-day operations to include facilities, equipment, and customer service. The Operations Manager is accountable to deliver specific Line of Business (LOB) results as dictated by the annual business plan.Develop operating plans, both strategic and tactical, that will enable the LOB to achieve financial, safety and regulatory, and key factor performance goals that are consistent with the LOB strategy. Identify, implement and monitor key business metrics to drive effective, low-cost execution of results.

The Customer Service Manager is accountable for the daily service to our customers. Responsibilities include recruiting, training and managing a team of associates. The Manager will use a hands-on problem solving approach with customers, vendors, and other support personnel. They will interface closely with appropriate organizational functions and customer contacts. The Customer Service Manager is responsible for the impact the team has on the account P&L. All administrative team members report to the Customer Service Manager.

The Enterprise Recruiting Manager is accountable for leading a team of recruiters towards success in sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates for all roles within Schneider National. Led a team of up to 8 associates, based out of Los Angeles, Seattle, St. Louis, Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, Chicago, and Memphis.
