After 6 months with Prototype I was credited with “moving the company forward a couple of years” and as a result was handed the role of Studio Manager and put in control of a large number of the company's accounts.I introduced a grid system I developed and moved the company over to Adobe Illustrator which now accounts for 99% of digital designs. Front and back-end development time was reduced by working with pixel-perfect layouts and a better design standard was achieved. I introduced a new eCommerce platform built on a lightweight MVC which saved the company time in development and allowed better customization to create websites fully tailored to clients’ requirements.A working interest in SEO and the backing of the Directors led to the birth of Prototype SEO. Prototype SEO is now a trading name of Prototype Creative that employs it’s own dedicated Search Engine Specialist with a growing client base.I have helped businesses grow from start ups to established brands including online retailers, taking retailers from a handful of sales to consistently turn over tens of thousands of pounds a month in little time.I helped restructure the working staff and introduced best practices and new software and technologies.
