With 23+ years of work experience in the field of analytical instrumentation, I am currently the VP of Service for the Americas at Eppendorf, a leading Life Science company that develops and sells systems for use in laboratories worldwide. I also held various leadership positions at Mettler-Toledo, including National Service Manager, R&D Manager, and Engineering Manager, where I managed customer requirements, business initiatives, and developed and implemented innovative solutions for the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. As a former active duty United States Marine and with over 2 decades of industry experience, I am passionate about creating value for customers and stakeholders, and advancing the field of analytical instrumentation with cutting-edge technology and service excellence.
