With 23+ years of work experience in the field of analytical instrumentation, I am currently the VP of Service for the Americas at Eppendorf, a leading Life Science company that develops and sells systems for use in laboratories worldwide. In this role, I lead a team of over 100 Service professionals across North and South America, and oversee the service strategy, operations, and revenue for the regions. I leverage my process improvement, problem solving, and customer relationship skills to deliver high-quality service, increase customer satisfaction, and drive business growth. Previously, I was the Global Program Business Development Manager and Head of Global Service at Mettler-Toledo AutoChem, where I managed the Global Service portfolio and business, launched new service products, and established strategic partnerships with key accounts. I also held various leadership positions at Mettler-Toledo, including National Service Manager, R&D Manager, and Engineering Manager, where I managed customer requirements, business initiatives, and developed and implemented innovative solutions for the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. As a former active duty United States Marine and with over 2 decades of industry experience, I am passionate about creating value for customers and stakeholders, and advancing the field of analytical instrumentation with cutting-edge technology and service excellence. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, and I am always eager to learn new skills and collaborate with others.
