Wayne is also the former Regional Owner & President of EXIT Realty of Connecticut, where he focused on building the brand in a new territory. Wayne is also the former partner/owner of EXIT Premier Real Estate of San Diego, California. His knowledge and experience in creating successful brokerages greatly benefit the professionals he works with.
