• Office Management – Responsible for scheduling, hiring and corrective actions of up to 12 reports and maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment• Project Management - Responsible for projects and working with a management team to develop, plan and track project activities and conduct project reviews and written reports upon completion • Warehouse Management: - Independently organized and established a new warehouse location and system while liaising with customers, suppliers and transport companies• Inventory Management: Accountable for all reconciling discrepancies and cycle counting, plus planning, coordinating and monitoring the receipt, order assembly and dispatching of goods• Forklift Training - Experience with Counterbalance, Reach and Order Picker• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, JBA System, Bar Coding System
