As a Relief Manager, I was given the responsibility of assisting management when they were away from their post. Working among six team; assisting each team when called upon. Monitoring, providing feedback on performance, taking their escalated calls and providing out of the box solutions on difficult situations. I was a problem-solver, investigator, and negotiator for my internal and external customer. For the overall office, I was part "The Lead Generation Team". This group reviewed processes, provided training, and created incentive programs, to increase the number of leads that were given to the sales team.

Fourthfleet.com was in transition. I took on all customer service duty from accepting inbound calls to processing paperwork to complete customer transaction. This position was short lived, as they were transitioning from California to Texas.

As the lead person at Eloan.com for the understanding and training of services, I managed, monitored, negotiated compensation, and coached the After Market Sales team on their sales pitch. Universal Warranty provided us with the extended warranty we offered to each offer of a "Powercheck", which was the premise off Eloan.com's auto loan program.

Monitor and educate sales force on after market products associated with the purchase of a used vehicle. GAP coverage; Extended Warranty. Review the Auto Loan process for the consumer's interface from the customer's initial introduction to the company website, and through the final use of the companies products.

As the Customer Experience Facilitator, I was responsible for review of the process used by Eloan.com, website by the customer. Searching and evaluating each step of the experience. I reviewed the online application, underwriting, the presentation of the product, and the delivery of the product. This position lead to the team lead position, where I took on support of management, while absent from the floor. I created work schedule and approved time off. Monitored calls, and accepted escalated situation for resolution.
