During this tenure, I direct all aspects of business strategies, budget development, and resource management, driving operational excellence, effective vendor management, and continuous improvements. I deliver team motivation and extensive automation efforts that continually meet organizational goals.Key Projects: Spearheaded development and implementation of a Center of Excellence, driving the robotics process automation process throughout the enterprise, resulting in 80% reduction in labor costs, while improving quality, compliance, and a reduction in cycle times.  Led the implementation of Oracle E-Bus accounting system for over 50 international entities, lowering operational costs, and increasing financial compliance. This effort came in on schedule and under budget.  Led an IT team tasked with the implementation and maintenance of a SaaS-based travel expense system for 120K users to gain significant efficiency and reduce costs. Streamlined the integration of travel and expense system with enterprise accounting, payroll, data warehouse, and HR systems, improving data quality, and efficiency.  Developed a sourcing strategy for business process outsourcing, to include international finance and IT system deployments. Captured a savings of $30M over five years.  Collaborate with teams in creating plans that support career goals, increasing employee performance, retention, and satisfaction.  Slashed $6M in travel costs annually through the design and execution of a Data Warehouse and business intelligence solutions for travel and expense data, while improving compliance.  Improved efficiency and costs effective support for all enterprise and expense systems by designing and implementing a matrix organization that supported systems.  Negotiated supplier contracts, and managed COTS, Cloud/SaaS, and purchased service suppliers for Boeing Travel. An integral member of an IT business leadership team, tasked with IT portfolio management.

Responsible for teaching Bachelors and Masters level Technology and Business courses on a part-time basis at Trident University. Courses include IT and Business Strategy, Cloud Computing, Business Intelligence, Operations Management, Security, IT Auditing, Database and Knowledge Management, and Network Planning and Administration. In addition to helping students achieve their goals, I benefit by being engaged with research on the latest business and technology best practices.
