Support Area Seventies and Stake Welfare Self-Reliance committees. Develop & share a network of resources, providing logistical support, assessments, training, materials and resources to area self-reliance centers and groups. Cultivate relationships with senior business, educational, financial, government and community leaders; coordinate with vocational/technical training and educational institutions; work with banks, NGOs, and other financial institutions. Lead church service missionaries and volunteers in supporting self-reliance efforts. Work in partnership with ecclesiastical leadership to provide resources and support for improving participant's ability to provide the spiritual and temporal necessities of life for self and family.

Organized improvements to ProvidentLiving.org website and international teaching materials. Managed approvals of capital expenditures and costs to replace and improve equipment and facilities. Oversaw standardization of operations through operations guides.

Oriented and provided support of new website to international managers. Introduced statistic gathering using electronic forms via internet. Trained international interns to teach Self-Employment Workshop and Career Workshop. Trained employment missionaries to serve throughout the United States.

Collaborated with resources to sponsor community job fairs, education open houses, and small-business open houses benefiting thousands of church members. Trained stake/ward leaders and staff. Designed an operations manual that was used by more than 400 stake and ward leaders, and increased productivity by more than 200% in two years.
