Managed the plant operation and maintenance for a 30 person, 2 shift operation with 21 presses for prototype and limited production runs. The processes include, injection molding, extrusion blow molding, compression molding, vacuum forming, RIM molding, lost core molding and gas assist injection molding. Other specialty processes were, Insert molding, in-mold laminating, pick & place two shot over-molding. Other responsibilities included, review on quotes for feasibility, annual budgeting, purchasing new equipment and ISO recertification compliance.

Participated in tooling feasibility during the part design phase, manage the prototype and production tooling development. Ensure delivery of tooling built to Plastech Corporate Mold standards. Drove the concept, feasibility, and execution of multi-tools, multi-million dollar programs for automotive interior and exterior tooling programs with both foreign and domestic shops.
