Sales Manager experience for 38 years in states including; Indiana, Colorado and Denver. I have had the opportunity to work with many large corporations across the United States as well as travel to many international destinations. Early on, I served six years in the United States Navy including three Viet Nam campaigns. My passion was and still is to help companies improve their Sales and Marketing initiatives through well designed Incentive, Recognition and Branding solutions. I remain involved in working with HR departments in client companies to develop Reward and Recognition programs for employees. These programs recognize and reward efforts in wellness, safety, referrals, service anniversaries and many other performance measures.Professionally, I am a member of the Arizona BBB and have an A+ rating.
