As a leader and entrepreneur with over two decades of experience across software development, law, education, and public service, I’ve always been driven by a passion for problem-solving and community improvement. At PS Solutions, where I’ve been Managing Partner since 2009, I lead a team of dedicated U.S.-based developers who build custom business software that empowers companies to innovate and grow. Our creative approach has earned us recognition on the Inc. 5000 list, including a top 150 spot among the fastest-growing IT service companies.Before diving into tech, I spent 20 years as an owner at Hippo, Fleming & Pertile, honing skills that go beyond legal expertise—skills in negotiation, leadership, and managing complex challenges.
